I hear what you're saying CathyBird, but formal exercise is just not for me. I can only assume that I move around a great deal more than I thought because otherwise I'd be the size of an elephant.
(((Hugs))) NicNak.
*Healing vibes* for the whole family FatRab.
7/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Niknak I'm sorry you're having a tough time, but you should also give yourself credit for being honest about your relationship and moving forward. Is there anyone you can offload to in RL? If you are struggling, it might also be worth talking to your friendly GP about getting some talk therapy. You've been through such a lot recently and it must be a massive amount to process.
Fatrab hope you are all feeling a lot firmer now.
Declaring 8/25 today - our for dinner last night and stuck with soft drinks :A
Cuppa How are you finding the 30DC? I like the email insights but am behind on watching the videos0 -

Thanks, In RL every one is emotionally involved so it becomes very very hard to get someone just to listen without reacting. It makes things worse.
I am under counselling for the sepsis, but it is a 9 month wait. I have had my initial session so just waiting now for the support. You can't have more than one session on request though, and we have decided that this is the most important one as this is still impacting so much of my life.
I'm getting there. Back on track with the 0 alcohol. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x0 -
Thanks everyone, feeling a lot better today
5/5 SNC and 8/26 AFDs for today please.
Definitely no alcohol tonight, I have an interview in the morning and I need to be fresh as a daisy. It's a change of career if I'm successful but it's going to be a tough one. Haven't been able to prepare as much as I wanted due to being unwell to so I'm quite annoyed about that, but I have done my homework so hopefully it'll go ok. This is the second stage of the recruitment process, I did an assessment last week which I passed but there's another 2 stages to go through if I'm successful at this interview. I'm a little bit nervous as I really want the job.
Can you put me down for 2 days this weekend please ShaggyYou can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Good luck Fatrab.
I didn't drink last night despite wanting to, so I'm 4/4 for the SNC and 7/21 for November.
Today I'm focussing on being positive and will complete and send 2 job applications. I'm also planning to go to my Bootcamp tonight so won't be drinking.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
