    Thanks all,

    I want to withdraw. I want to go bury my head in the sand. My health, personal and professional life all seem to be suffering, but I need to get my head up. My little one needs me.

    So I bought a non alcoholic 0.0% again today to have tonight should I want to. I don't need alcohol. I'm allergic to the thing for a reason! I shouldn't be having something that makes me so sick, I need to take a strong tablet to have. That isn't what life is about.

    Head needs to be out of the sand with it all.

    I'll get through it. Even Sepsis couldn't see me off (not this time anyway!). x

    I had a rejection from one of the jobs I interviewed for today... my automatic reaction was to think I'll go and get wine and fish and chips. Why do I feel the need to drink and eat rubbish when i have an emotional reaction in any way? I haven't done anything about it but I know I'm going sit here itching to go to the shop all evening. I should go out to my exercise class but I really can't be bothered. Hurumph!!
