Out last night and decided to indulge in wine. Much better than Saturday!

It's going to be quiet couple of weeks so should be back on target by next Saturday. Had an unofficial weigh in this morning and I'm only 1 pound heavier than I was on Saturday so a couple of days exercise and healthy eating I might even be able to turn it around in time for this Saturday's weigh in!
