    Morning all! 19/21 for me please. I had a do out yesterday with friends, very pleasant and not too alcoholic considering (drinks at lunch then one or two later as well, but I feel okay). I have got one more outing coming up for July and that should be it for this month.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Just popped back after a few months AWOL and delighted to see Shaggy just back too! Glad it's all going so well for you with the weight loss and the house renovation coming together!

    And nice to see some of the other old faces too :)

    Can I please set a target of 7 for July. Am 4/7 AF so far today.

    Usual for me for August Target please Shaggy. We're so lucky to have you and Baileys looking out for us. :A


    I can't believe I'm finding this month so difficult after so many years of AFDs. It just shows that constant vigilance is needed. I'm not drinking today however tempting a chilled glass of white sounds. ;)
