Cutting Down Alcohol Thread

I've not had a chance to be on here much at all this week, I'm covering a site in Aberdeen and it's been frantic. Back to my normal site for a few weeks from Monday then moving home permanently at the end of June
Hopefully we won't get back into any bad habits with the move home. Mrs fatrab wants to lose weight and money will be a bit tighter as I will lose my subsistence allowance, so we'll be living frugally for a while until we get into a routine.
8/30 for today pleaseYou can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

I hadn't been on here for awhile but I was keeping track still, and my total for May was 8/11. For June I'd like a goal of 5, and 1/5 please.0

Got asked to attend an event as a favour to a freind last night. Once more alcohol free as I tried Caxton press elderflower lemonade (yum) and a Becks Blue (ok). Makes me 7 days so far!Home improvement payments £16.8K to go

This thread has made so much difference to me over time. I will be drinking on holiday but I know I won't be drinking to excess. So no more embarrassing behaviour or hangovers.:D What's more is I know I'll be able to slip back into my AF routine when I get back.:D
