Just wanted to let everyone know that it is likely I am going to be off line for 3/4 days as of Friday. I am on a work thing and won't be able to take my lappy just a tablet and updating the list on a tablet is a bit beyond my skills. On top of hat there is likely to be no decent wifi.

Apologies for this but I will update as soon possible so please don't think i have neglected you all

No drinking here today. It's strange but as my holiday gets closer I find I'm fancying a drink more when most weeks I don't even think about it.

Been having a chat with OH about our drinking - I don't want to give up totally but it was getting out of control so we needed to break the habit.

I want to practise mindful drinking so we have agreed Friday and Saturday evenings only, no starting drinking as soon as get home from work / during the day at the weekend, if one of doesn't feel like drinking the other one will respect it.

Didn't drink on Friday but did have a couple of gins on Saturday which I was happy with.

Can I please change my target for the month Baileys - now aiming for 21 AFDs and so far I am 4/21
