Presumably on the same basis that anyone would take on trust the viewpoint of a never heard of before, and unlikely to be heard from again poster as per Care4you,rather curious, imho.MeteredOut said:
Why would anyone trust a co pant that does that?Care4you said:We have used NRG Corporation for the last 15 years for our gas and electric for our nursing home and deal with a Jake Thompson. Always been professional so I would disagree with some of these comments.
Might well be mistaken,apologies if so,time will tell.....1 -
I used to work for this horrible company, what they do is very illegal. They tried to not send me a single penny of my final wages I had to really push on the boss just to get what I was owed.
They are a broker and I believe most energy companies won’t work with them hence why they use british gas, They use the british gas system to get information which they then use to target business’s as they are going out of sate, This is actually not allowed.
They love to write rude things about the people they speak too so if you speak to them I suggest doing a SARS request.0 -
This company has been hassling me for over 6 months to provide me with a new deal when my current contract ends, with british gas electric. The calls were regular and persistent. When I kept saying stop calling, I'm not ready to renew.
Being hard of hearing, i insisted on only doing a deal online where I can verify what i am being told is correct and the best tariff for my business. During a call, i misheard a question which i answered yes to, which enabled him to lock me into a 3-year deal with british gas again, which was not a competitive deal at all.
As far as i was concerned, he was sending me the rates and offer by email, and i would look at my options when i am ready.
I have been paying a much higher rate for the last two years. Totally ripped off. Nothing I can do about it.
They gained about £2000 from this deal, and i have lost thousands.0 -
If I get a random phone call and I hear either of these words: energy, eco, insulation, survey, 'in your area', I immediately hang up.0
