as above ......... you only just managed to find the right help .... your next door neighbour .... friend relative might not .........
they then pay as they think there is nothing to do
so you increasing the pressure on this mis-manager is helping the cause ....

Why would the above be necessary if Sainsburys has already agreed to squash the case.???
Good to hear.
I think you said about the General Manager in your letter
to the CEO
"As the Chief Executive of Sainsburys I assume you have more pressing problems than to sort out what your General Manager of your Pontypridd Branch in South Wales bluntly refused to do."
Whilst you will never be told, this would not have gone on
deaf ears and I suspect the GM has had his ear bent
The reason to expose such people can only help others
who get caught like you and do not get the help from a
forum like this and just pay up
You now have a bad taste about this car park because
it could happen again
Given all the marketing these supermarkets do to
understand customers, they have not yet been clever
enough to understand why customers just vanish and
never come back. It is now established that parking vermin
play a big part of this
For a customer entering into a vermin run car park, is no
different to the famous Bermuda Triangle, the supermarket
may never see them again0 -
OK, I have taken on board what has been explained and I thankyou for taking the time. I should have tomorrow evening the actual PCN to scan and then I will reply with something like that.
Thankyou again0 -

So that the b******* will be sacked. I am shareholder and such behaviour could affect my dividends.
Why three interrogation marks? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

his attitude to the equality act stinks , and he should be sacked
If proof of disability is needed then hospital records can be obtained, or a letter from the Specialist."
that should be published in the press and sent to the correct authorities
had it have been a B+Q , "decking" would have been in order
Nobody has asked for proof of Disability, that was just something that I could have wrote should it have been necessary.
When I send the copy of the PCN back to them I will put something regarding what the manager had said.
Your right about how many people out there that just pay up regardless, the wifes uncle was just about to do that when I stopped him and said that your forum is there to give helping guidance.
I will copy and paste the contents of my reply for your perusal later.0 -

Dear Craig,
Re our recent telephone conversation please find enclosed in the attachments a scan of the PCN that I was furnished with.
Once again whilst I am grateful that due to the evidence I provided you were satisfied that I was entitled to be parked within the disabled bays and removed the charge notice, I believe in all fairness this matter should have been handled in store with-in minutes if the General Manager had a little compassion. To be honest his remarks regarding customers wasting his time trying to get off charges was un called for and un just which led me to higher management with my grievance.
I can only hope that the manager of your Pontypridd Branch has been notified that due to his attitude and failed actions has now wasted higher management time.
Regards
Brian`

Whilst pappa thinks it's "very mild", I think it does
get the message across about a bad General Manager0
