  • Morning IA.

I am tired - kids up before 6am again. One more day and it's half term so have 3 monsters at home all day. I am trying to get on to Abbey site to check my banking but the site is not working. Got my parcel of iggle piggle xmas goodies from boots, yay.Oh, and I STILL can't shift my cold. I have had a cold now for 3 weeks and it just won't go.

  • Morning all. Last night I talked to my friend who had a baby last year and she's going to lend me a pile of stuff for my baby and then I'll do the same when she has her second in true MSE style. So now I don't have to pay for a moses basket stand, a steriliser, a mobile and tons of clothes. As well as all the freebies I've aquired so far, we're doing pretty well.

Morning all, I'm a bit tired I had a disturbed night to I-A, though mine is down to the cat being sick at 2am and pawing me to wake up from 6am onwards. I think he misses Popeye too. :p

One thing has been bugging me. How do people cope with nightclothes??? I haven't worn them since I was a child, but last night as I was cold I wore a T-shirt and socks and the T-shirt runkled and rolled into sausages and irritated until I took it off. I felt like the Princess and the Pea :rotfl: :rotfl:

Morning! I've got my Mum and Dad visiting today (Mum has a NEW breastfeeding horror story that she told me all about on the phone the other night, so THAT should be fun :o).

BUT, a friend of hers is a health visitor and she's been telling my Mum how fantastic it is that I'm still breastfeeding, and giving her tips to pass on to me about how to cope if I get a sore boob again, so she's actually been slightly more supportive in amongst recently! :T

  • OH don't you just love breastfeeding chats! My mum went on and on and on at me about when I was going to stop breastfeeding H. I didn't breastfeed my first 2 at all, but H I did. I stopped when he was 10 months old (which was, coincidentally, when he first slept through the night after realising there was no milk coming in the middle of the night anymore!).

Morning all. I'm going to work today... yippeeeee. Ok I know I shouldn't but I couldn't say no and I've missed work so much. I can't believe how excited I am, it's awesome. I was feeling a bit burnt out but I seem to have re-gained my enthusiasm.

After work we have the album launch party. I might take some photos if I can get my camera to charge. That way you can have an insider view of what goes on with a bunch of musos on a boat with a free bar. I'm looking forward to it, which is unlike me. Usually I can't be @rsed with leaving my nice warm house. Maybe this wrist of mine has done me some favours. I promise not to work again for a while though, but I do need a little fix at the moment.
