NatGeo Kids Magazine Subscription - Creature Media

MSE can you use your influence here to resolve the problems I and many others are having with Natgeo Kids and specifically Creature Media Limited which run (or are supposed to run) its UK subscriptions?
I ordered via Tesco Clubcard double up as a Xmas present.
Subscription has never arrived. Creature Media ignore all emails and telephone calls about this. They did receive and acknowledge the order on 1st December but have not fulfilled it.
Tesco has since dropped Creature Media as a partner due to their woeful customer service and failure to fulfil orders. Tesco have tried to resolve my subscription issues directly with Creature Media but they can't get any joy either.
Looking at TrustPilot there are a lot of other people in the same boat.
Creature Media is taking people subscription monies, not fulfilling orders and you hit a brick wall when trying to escalate a complaint. They are a truly shabby organisation which tarnishes the reputation of National Geographic. I'm trying Trading Standards today. Does anyone have any other suggestions for dealing with this organisation?
Has anyone managed to get through to someone at Creature Media or to actually receive a subscription.

I doubt MSE are going to pick up your thread and intervene.
You can't report directly to Trading Standards anymore, you need to go through CAB.0 -
My FIL got a subscription for my DS last christmas.
They sent him renew letters at the end of last year, so eventually he rang them up and renewed when the deal was right.
In January TWO copies turned up!
Not only hve they continued the old contract which did NOT have autorenew (FIL always declines this!), they took up a new contract too!
It would appear their customer service is a little shambolic!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
