Afternoon Diary,

DFOD and HHOD, thank you for your messages - so sorry its taken me a while to reply!!!!

So its just been working and working! Nothing to report really as im sure you can imagine.

This weekend the girls were at their Dad's and so had a nice relaxing weekend. I potter around the house and just generally relaxed yesterday until they came home. I never do that so it was nice!

Just found out some Quidc0 cb has been approved so transferred that to me account. Should be in there by the end of the week. Payday Friday too!!!!

Think thats all really, nothing else to report!!! xx

Good Morning Diary,

How are we into the second week of the Easter holidays already?! Time just goes so quickly all the time.

Thanks for posting SA, HHOD and Missy. HHOD, yes the children have settled straight back in, its like they have never been away! Awww thank you for your lovely post Missy.

So the only major thing I have to report is that I had the vaccine yesterday. Ive heard mixed reviews about the side effects but tbh I had a bit of a headache and a mild temperature during the night but feel fine this morning.

DD2 and I are going to the opticians this morning. Hers is just routine and im sure I must be due for an eye test soon too but booked in early as my eyes are straining a bit recently. Hoping its not a costly trip as I don't currently wear glasses so will see!!

For those interested ive managed to peg out quite a bit recently ! Its blooming freezing here today though!

Morning Diary,

Well yesterday turned out to be expensive! Nearly £200 in the opticians to be precise! It can't be helped but jees! Both DD and I now need glasses. I did suspect this would be the case, especially with me as my eyes have been straining. Totally not budgeted for so had to take the money out of my savings.

Thought id got off lightly with the vaccine side effects until I came home and ended up in bed frozen cold, then boiling hot! Only lasted a few hours so im hoping thats that now.

That's about it really! Have quite a few bits to get on with today to keep me busy xx

I was the same after the vaccine. It’s your body reacting and making antibodies apparently.
