Happy New Year everyone!!!!! I hope 2019 is a brilliant one for us all, we deserve it
.
So NYE my sister came round and stayed the night with us. She left around 11 yesterday morning.
Yesterday I had 8 over for tea. I did roast beef and chicken and everyone helped themselves. It was really nice to see everyone and we had lots leftover for the freezer.
Today I have pottered around so kept busy but at a nice pace. Took all the Christmas decs down and put them all away in the garage. We usually put them in the loft but I can't get up there and want everything accessible easily.
I had a call scheduled with the water company and they have confirmed they can lower my DD slightly as I'm in credit so every little helps.
DD2 and I have been out and about for a walk and took a parcel back to the post office. Also topped up DD1s bus pass as she goes back to school tomorrow.
My goal for January is 10 NSD and I had one yesterday but then DD1 asked for some super noodles today so £1.50 in the coop.
I have also counted up my loose change pot and restarted the 1p a day challenge. £1.53 in there so I'm already 17 days ahead! I hope money doesnt get too tight and I can keep it up.
Ex rung last night and asked if he could pick the girls up for tea tonight so since he didn't have them Monday he owes them it really! He will come straight after work so I have a couple of hours to myself. Planning a nice bath and some of the leftover food sister brought round. Then my friend is going to call in too.
Absolutely full of cold so need to spend the next couple of days before going back to work relaxing if possible.
Right think thats all for now. Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
