Gate28 claim company- still in existence?

Following a long delay with Iberia (Madrid to Panama City) in 2016, I attempted to claim directly from the airline. Although AESA judged that the airline was responsible, Iberia refused to pay. UK based agents said that they were unable to take the case because the flight originated in Spain, and suggest I used Gate28 (based in Spain).

The last I heard from Gate28 was that they were taking the case to court, and waiting for a court date. But when I tried to go on their website last week to look up the timeline for my claim, it didn't work, and when I google the company, they suddenly don't seem to have results. They used to come up first on google, but now there's virtually nothing.

Is anyone else claiming through them? Have they gone bankrupt? I can't find anything out now, at all.
