Been offered sky Q on special offer only pay £20 for installation. This seems like a good offer for existing customer. Not sure whether to take it as ageing husband is used to his old sky hd box. Thanks

If you're happy with your original box and it's not malfunctioning then the Money Saving option is not to pay Sky anything extra at all, even £20.
EDIT:
I now see you've made multiple threads about this issue and that your decoder is indeed not working properly. £20 is therefore cheaper than paying for a repair and you'll get a new (rental) box in exchange.0
