How hard is it to get your wages up to £50k, not that difficult.
The trouble with using your own success to look down on others, is that others could do also do it to you. Imagine Richard Branson, Alan Sugar and Paul McCartney laughing at your miserable earnings, and saying 'is he !!!!!!?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

That's why I said £50K and not £50 Million per year
Anyone earning less than that, more so a working couple, should not be even thinking about buying property.
You think £50,000 is excessive?0 -
He's pointing out the absurdity of your "just earn more" stance.
a working couple on average wage will be on about £50k anyway, though.0 -

There probably really isn't any point in us discussing this, your whole attitude is just so wrong, you seem to have absolutely no empathy with the problems that young people face today related to house ownership. I assume that you are probably aware that I am not someone who rents, just think for a moment, if I am saying this to you, could you perhaps be guilty of being just a little unsympathetic about real life issues that young people face?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Why should I be aware of anything about you, who is elitist and full of himself now. What I am trying to do is convince these young people you claim to care about so much is that buying property is very doable, in fact it's, though not the easiest, one of the easiest times ever.
Rather than wallow in self pity and blame society, mum and dad or BTL landlords maybe a lot of young people should look in the mirror and if it's homeownership they value just make a few small sacrifices to make it happen.
Getting an income of £50K whether through a relationship, group buy, selling tat, second job if that's whats needed you have to find away.
I cannot stand people like you that put thoughts into young peoples heads that they cannot also achieve unless the property market is crashed in some way0 -

I was merely assuming that like me, you read posts by others on this forum board, and have reasonable memory recall. Maybe I was wrong, but I've read enough of your posts, to be aware of your position and views, is it so absurd that I think that you might also do the same?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
