EE £100 Reward Card - EE not honouring deal

Last October I joined EE Broadband through a link on this site to get their broadband, the deal offered a £100 reward card - I've contacted EE twice about this - the first time I was told to wait longer for it to come through and now today I've been told they have no record on their systems to say I should have it and it will take 10 days to review the case? The person I spoke to gave the impression didn't sound hopeful!

Any advice please on how to deal with this - is there a contact on MSE site who can approach EE or advise on the best way of resolving this please.
