I am having problems logging onto NatWest using Firefox, (58.0 64-bit) ? Have had this issue since signing up with the previous Firefox and updated to the above earlier today with the same issue

I get the following:

"Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

I have no problems logging on via Internet Explorer, but don't like using OE due to security problems.

I have contacted NatWest and all they can offer is use OE , clear cookies.
I know from previous similar issues clearing cookies just does not work and just ends up loosing saved passwords etc.

Do you really mean Outlook Express, isn't that just a discontinued Microsoft email client? Do you mean Internet Explorer?

    What are the security issues?

I went to use Natwest online last week as i have not checked/used my account for a month(i do check my balance at the bank or ATM) and i kept getting errors with my log in details.
The are the correct details but Natwest was saying error and i had to verify some details online to gain access.
My account was ok and then i done a virus scan and other security scans and all came back clear.
Went to giyf and put in natwest log in problems and there was a site called download detector i think and there were lots of clients that had the same issue.
If you go to Natwest homepage and click fbook ther was a lot of complaints on there and some people said it was to do with an upgrade on Natwest site.

Then just use it then, or better still try Chrome.

Thae natwest site works for me on Firefox 58 64bit. Clear the cache? Perhaps try turning off the add-ons/plug-ins?

I started getting this yesterday. I was able to access NatWest from Firefox last week. I phoned NatWest and they saud no one else had reported it.
    Clearing recent history fixed it.
