PREMIUM blocking and Three

I made a boo boo and signed up for Amazons "TREASURE TRUCK"
This is a PREMIUM txt service that, presumably costs £'s to use
I hadn't realised this and have started to receive txt's
I have tried to stop them by txting STOP back to the number - but receive a reply "YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNABLE TO SEND PREMIUM TEXTS - PLEASE CHANGE SETTINGS" or similar
Does three PREMIUM BLOCK actually prevent ALL premium call/txt charges or does it simply block premium txts from arriving ?
ie) Should I be concerned about my next bill
I have tried to cancel this unwanted add-on on my Amazon account - but can't find it !!

The premium block prevents you from sending text messages to five-digit mobile shortcodes. Irrespective of whether it blocks the reception of premium rate text messages, the sender will still bill you for messages that they send to you - irrespective of whether you receive them or not.

If you cannot send the STOP message, contact the vendor some other way to cancel the text message subscription. The Phone-paid Services Authority has a number checker that should provide the necessary contact details.

On your phone, install the “My3” app, or go to My3 on a web browser. There you can temporarily turn off the call spending cap, send the STOP text... you can then reset the spending cap (if you wish to).

Why sign up for a service to send you notifications then complain when you get them? There's a difference between short-codes and premium texts.
