Hi Cumbria, I'm good thank you. Been so busy with work and the business, I'm looking forward to the two weeks off I'm having over Christmas. I'm managing to feel a bit more "Christmassy" as this isn't my favourite time of the year, but therapy is helping with me changing my perspective on things :)

I hope Oz is still awesome! :D

I know you don't like Christmas so am glad the therapy is helping. Oz is good but seeing Santa in shorts is another thing altogether. :rotfl:

Well I'm pretty much sorted for Christmas. We go down to see my family on Friday. I wrapped the Christmas presents at the weekend so that's all sorted. I feel more optimistic about how I will feel around family this year, but slightly anxious in case I don't cope as well as I think I will. I have a therapy session on Thursday so I can talk through any last minute anxieties.

I was underpaid by work last month. I've been told that HR will have it sorted for the December pay, so I'm hoping this will be the case as I really don't fancy having to eek out a lower wage until the end of January (we get paid earlier this month), so fingers crossed it gets sorted :(

Oh dear - it's bad enough trying to make a salary stretch over Xmas never mind getting a reduced pay....feel your pain.

I hope you have a safe journey on Friday and it goes well with your therapy session on thurs. I guess I better start wrapping pressies and get the cards away :o
