Good luck 🤞Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
Debt in July 2017 = £58,766 😱 DEBT FREE 31 OCTOBER 2017 :T 🎉
EMERGENCY FUND 1 = £50/£5,000. EMERGENCY FUND 2 = £10/£5,000.
CHRISTMAS SAVINGS = £0/£500. SEF = £1,400/£12,000 PREMIUM BONDS ME = £350. PREMIUM BONDS DH = £300.
HOLIDAY MONEY = £0 TIME LEFT TO PAY OFF MORTGAGE = 5 YEARS 1 MONTHS3 -
The deed is done - phew. I think it went ok, hopefully I've got everything across I needed to. They've got another person to see but will let me know as soon as possible after that. One plus is that they didn't ask me anything I couldn't answer.
Now it's just a waiting game...I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

In other news I went to Lidl this morning and treated myself to a few items of thermal clothing that are on special buy this week. Just for knocking about the house/WFH/dog walking purposes. Of course Mr SA wanted to know what I'd bought him, I then had to explain to him that I don't have to buy him something every time I buy myself something! This is what puts me off buying myself anything as he always thinks he has to have something too even if it's just for the sake of it. Drives me nuts.
