I have a Birmingham Airport ticket, which i appealed a few days ago.

As mentioned they are rubbish. Sent a parking charge invoice when the vehicle was not parked, it was dropping passengers off.

Claimed vehicle was stopped on double red lines, but the pictures provided clearly show the vehicle unloading passengers in the hotel drop off bay. Stupid thing is shining brightly in the picture is a sign saying hotel drop off.

So many flaws, i sent an very short appeal.

Thank yo waamo, I did read the newbie post but still found it confusing. .

You're not alone there. Looking over all that mass of info, much of it talking of legal stuff, is confusing to me too. What's more, it appears that there is no "new thread" button visible anywhere under my profile so can't even post a thread to ask questions! If anyone can help there that'd be good. And no, there is no big button at the top or bottom of the screen! Are there restrictions around when a member is able to post?

The Newbies thread contains instructions on how to post a new thread. For ease here is a link to that post. It even has a big new thread button in it.

Yes, it is confusing, but it is not rocket science. You just have to put in the hours if you want to fight it. You have two other choices, ignore or pay.

As this is a byelaws ticket, their options are limited. I would take a chance and ignore if you are too busy to learn the rules. tvcket
