ebay not allowed to sell, please help

thank you to evryone who has offered advice, much appreciated.

The message that is displayed when i want to list an item is:
You cannot submit your listing due to the following problems
Dear SellerThank you for choosing eBay.
Due to the level of disputed transactions in the category in which you are choosing to list, eBay is taking strong measures to protect both buyers and sellers on eBay.
To sell your item in this category you must offer PayPal as a payment method. Please sign up for a PayPal account if you do not already have one.

• Sign up for a PayPal account.

• Learn more about how PayPal protects buyers and sellers

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.




I do not know why this has happened as i have not had any disputes with people who i sell to very strange, i also have a paypal account too.

Due to a lot of scammers listing IN THIS CATEGORY, not necessarily you:

It doesn't say YOU have had any disputes. It just says you MUST offer paypal.

I do offer paypal, so not sure what the problem is.

Does anyone have an email address for problems which will be quicker than the one i have been using for ages with no reply.

are you sure you have the paypal option ticked as a payment method? i hate this new rule they bring in - its just to get more money out of us!

There are only two possibilities here, firstly that like fay says you have not actually offered paypal on your listing. Go back and make sure the box is ticked and you have your paypal email address properly entered. Seondly an ebay glitch..but this should be affecting more than just you and there are several sellers on here that sell in that category and no one else is reporting a glitch.
