Hi,
I have never had any disputes with anyone i ahve sold too but, when i try listing an item it says that there are too many disputes in the chosen category, so no one can sell in this category.
Also says that i cannot sell because i do not have a paypal account which i have,
please please anyone has an email for them as i cannot get further on the help bit but my question is not in the help part for whihc you can email them.
Has anyone had this problem?

On certain categories, games consoles for example, you can ONLY offer Paypal as a payment method. You cannot offer any other payment method but the sell your item form still allows you to select other payment methods, so deselect cheque, postal order and other boxes checked and ensure that only Paypal is accepted for payment.

I dont sell make-up, but have heard of the make-up people having problems, with laconme? etc, if you copy the exact message you get on here we might be able to shed more light on it.

The rules within certain categories were changed back in the summer to say that sellers were required to have a paypal account and offer paypal for some types of sales. This includes all the health and beauty categories and the announcement is here:

The new rules only require that paypal be offered as you did in your case, so refund policies don't come into it at all.
