I can find one for just over half that price with very little effort.
It's always helpful to provide links...0

I can get it on my windows 7 laptop but have to use Firefox and it should work on the other windows 10 using Explorer.Colin_Maybe wrote: »Have you tried it through the built in browser? It probably wouldn't work but wouldn't hurt to try.
I guess they're trying to recoup some of the costs of their failing attempts to get in to PAYG live sports via boxing.
I was messing about with the browser, but it appears to need a separate blue tooth keyboard.
I rarely used catchup when we used the Humax before,so the first step is trying the old box again,if I can be bothered.0

OP, I have a 2013 model LG smart TV, that I bought in 2013. The smart functions all still work, and they are definitely being updated from time to time - last week we had an updated T&C's message to accept, and just before Christmas our Now TV app wouldn't work for a few days, but sorted itself out - and it had changed when accessed afterwards. Someone else may know better, but I'd be surprised if the apps aren't independent of the TV, they'll just get the signal from app. central from time to time for updating. Obviously, eventually older TV's will stop receiving software updates, but can't believe it would after a year. Can't comment on ITV player as I've never used it and never will, but I-player, All 4, Now TV, Youtube, Amazon etc. are all fine on mine.0

It's well known that there is no Smart support after the first few years. Most TVs won't get any new updates after the first year, but the majority of Catch Up services will continue to play without such updates.Bigphil1474 wrote: »Obviously, eventually older TV's will stop receiving software updates, but can't believe it would after a year.
As I said earlier in the thread, SMART functions are not covered by any guarantee and TV manufacturers across the board stop supporting these functions just a few years after purchase.0

Since Bush is simply a brand owned by Argos, and not a manufacturer, their stock would be badged-up from a selection of older, outdated models, and you can expect the 'Smart' side to have a limited shelf life.No free lunch, and no free laptop 0 0
