Well, you can send feedback via the link in the banner - if enough people ask to have a box to hide it, maybe they will do that.

Did anyone do the "A study to compare a memory task on two devices" one. Memory test done on a phone yesterday and meant to be completed on a laptop desktop today?
I'm trying to do the second part but the link is just giving me an error message. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Yes, I did the phone one yesterday and the desktop one successfully today. Made a point to tell them in the comments box at the end in both cases how tedious it was to have to wait for the instructions to be read out loud before I could get on with the task.elsien said:Did anyone do the "A study to compare a memory task on two devices" one. Wonder why mine isn't working then. I've turned off the adblocker and tried on two different browsers. Messaged them, but no reply. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Not sure if the problems are unique to me.
1. I get emails saying a researcher has increased the pay rate and I've been awarded extra money, but the amount isn't tying in with the amount showing under submissions. This has happened a few times recently.
2. I'm aiming to keep my total payouts to Paypal for the tax year well under the £1,000 limit. (cash accounting, so only payments made to my Paypal account will count for this tax year, anything else will stay in prolific until 6/4/2024 and be in next year's tax year.) I've downloaded a report from Paypal on payments received from prolific and it is £50 lower than my spreadsheet, puzzled by the difference.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I'll have a check on mine over the weekend, to see if I can see any discrepancies. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

£50 is a very round number, could it be from ylive or yougov and mislabelled in your spreadsheet? These two are the ones I know allow cash in when you reach £50, there might be more.silvercar said:I've downloaded a report from Paypal on payments received from prolific and it is £50 lower than my spreadsheet, puzzled by the difference.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0
