hmmm, i completed a study about 10 mins ago

but now i cant open up the study page, the submissions and abot you are working, wierd!!

Sometimes I find that the browser page has to be refreshed.  For instance, today I went to About You, saw there were questions to complete, but could not do them until I refreshed the page.

yes I have found this too and with the transer money sometimes I have to close down and go back in, but this was not loading up at all, but its resolved itself now

In fact, I discovered that there were masses of new questions to be answered in my About You;  time was when the Studies page would come up with a reminder when there was a new question, but I don't think I have seen that happen since the last update.  So many unanswered questions may well have affected the number of studies that have been offered to me.

mollyR ~ i had a reminder eariler today for 3 more questions, but now back to 100%.

Random question but what do you do when a survey asks for your income in dollars.
Roughly translate the dollars to pounds or if (for example) if the bracket is $ 15,000 to $20000 do you think about what that is in pounds or if you earn between 15 and 20K do you just tick that box?

I send the researcher a message saying that since they are issuing their survey in the UK, they should ask in pounds sterling;  that when they ask for it in dollars they do not specify whether it is US dollars, Australian dollars, Hong Kong dollars or whatever;  that I have converted to the USD version (I use xe.com/ucc) but that if they asked for it in pounds sterling they could convert it themselves to whatever they want.  Only once have I had a researcher reply with thanks, an apology and an assurance that they will do so in future.

Any advice about a PEC-SUB-0002 error code.  It states the following:

'Your IP address has been flagged by our system. We run multiple checks with IPs that include checking if the IP has been reported on other websites. You won't be able to take studies from that IP address for now but IPs are regularly reviewed so it could be unflagged in future'

I'm sure I've read on here before about people having the same issue - just wondered what the outcome was and whether I can do anything.  Never had a problem like this before and I havn't changed anything recently, same house, same computer etc.
