Have done a mammoth one over yesterday / today (that I put a few posts above). All in all I got £10.62 for each of two studies and another £5 bonus, so a nice £26.24 on that one study group.
It's been a lucrative 24 hours. I withdraw every day (when I'm doing surveys) at about 8pm.
This is where I am today at 4pm.
The big top up today was the £26 study.
Looking at the submissions, I've done a lot on language (I speak a few) so maybe that's why they've stacked up? They've mostly been in two parts too.

I've had literally nothing for the last 24 hours! But I have just withdrawn £33, that only took me a week to earn. Hoping they restart soon!0

I have had just two Studies for 30 pence and 42 pence - still pleased to have them though. Most had just 1 or a few spaces left but, by the time I clicked (usually straight away) they were full.
I hope you have a good day (Prolific and generally!) today, superstar27.0 -
I got onto one of those £7.50 AI chats yesterday. Pretty much the same as the £3.75 ones, except the instructions are in video form rather than text, and there's an opportunity to give feedback at the end. Also the AI replies were much, much slower - several minutes for the first reply, and the second one timed out (in the study, not on Prolific), so the "conversation" ended after only one pair of AI replies. But a message appeared at the bottom of the screen saying that might happen and that I would still be paid in full.

In the £7.50 AI studies, you're actually chatting with another Prolific participant rather than the AI. There's another Pie study called 'Beat The Bot' where you have to create better replies than the AI (which is why the responses are slow). The other participant is presented with a choice between your reply and an AI reply (they think they're choosing between two AI replies). If yours gets chosen you score a point. At the end of the 15 questions, if the user has chosen more of your replies than AI replies you get a bonus. You only get two minutes to come up with each reply, otherwise it times out and the conversation ends.
That study pays £15 but you have to do 2 conversations with different users. When I did it, the first person quit partway through the conversation (they probably got fed up with my slow replies!) and then the study couldn't find a second participant within 5 minutes so I got returned back to Prolific.1 -

On a day like today on Prolific I feel like giving up - well almost! I have received 'New Study' notification for about 30-35 different Studies with places available. All have been full by the time the notification arrived.
Then I managed to reserve a place on one ( l1-E2 by upf.edu) which was supposed to take about 23 minutes. After 42 minutes I eventually failed the comprehension test and was excluded - so I did not even manage to start the actual Study.
After starting to type this I have received notifications of a further two Studies with spaces and, again, both were full. One of the Studies allowed me to reserve a place and, when trying to start straight away, was advised to Return to Prolific as the Study was full.
It is quite frustrating but I'm sure others are have experienced the same situation from time to time.0 -
Did anyone try Survey on Sunscreen Preferences hosted by whu.edu? I am really miffed that I failed the attention check after clicking the next button on the page that provide me with the code. Apparently, I should close the page itself rather than clicking the next button. Seem really unfair. Just wondering if anyone did this survey as well?1
