This one took ages! I spent half an hour on it so complained about their estimated time. 

I completed this one yesterday and It toke me longer than the estimated time as well at the end I reported it for underpaying due to it taking longer than the estimated time,

I've given up complaining as they don't seem to do anything anymore. 

I complained to the researcher at the end of the study where they asked for study feedback! Worth a try.
