There was I think you only went forward if you got most of the captchas correct

Good morning. I've just had my first Prolific rejection email. "I cannot find any data associated with your Prolific ID in my dataset". Can I/should I contest this? It was quite a long study which I put a lot of effort into and nothing seemingly went wrong with it. I got the proper completion message and finishing code. Any ideas or suggestions please?

I would contact the researcher and tell them you have the completion code and a few details of the survey you filled in and let them know you did indeed complete it.
