I am having the same problem - I think it is a problem with Qualtrics as I got the same error code for the other survey also.

They told me to return it and they would get back to me. 15 minutes of my life down the pan :-(

I returned it as well as I couldn't get past the practice session and then it said "Internal error". Unfortunately doubt I'll get another chance at it which is a shame as it was a good payer.

I've had a reply:

 These seems to be problem with the survey's servors. We are working on this. In the meantime, if you have experienced any trouble with the study, please stop completing it. We will come back to you ASAP on how to pursue the study. I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your feedback.

So, we'll be paid if we spent more than 30 minutes on it, otherwise we get the pleasure of doing it all over again? What a fiasco.
