Can be a couple of days. Kendra does most of the responding to participants and according to the blog post they did the other day she works remotely mostly in the early mornings so you might have missed her today. It used to be very quick but I think there are a lot more of us now.

That has happened to me before too. I just sent them a screenshot of my laptop history at the time of the study, to prove I didnt do it on a mobile device, and that fixed it. They apologised and said it was a glitch connected to the resolution size on my laptop. I was rather cross.....:(0 -

Has anyone done the Brexit study? It won't let me complete without a completion code and I didn't get one.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0

In spite of several error messages the study appears to have been submitted. I opened PA again in a new tab and it was there under submissions.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0

I've had that issue with all studies I got this afternoon, assuming it's a Prolific glitch. I just refresh the page, it makes me sign in again, and then I can see the studies under 'submissions'.0

Can't sign in at all at the moment, it's been fine all day. I get the 500 error, click go to home, and it signs me out and when I sign back in, has the same error.0
