I have just had a message from a researcher, as far as I know the first since this new site was inflicted on me. A tiny, little red dot appeared on the tiny, little envelope icon; a blind man would be glad to see that! I almost missed it. This new site is anything but an improvement, imo.0

When I had a message from a researcher the other day, Smodlet, I also got an email notification - did you not get one of those?0

Yes, thank you, AprilLady, I did... I don't always check emails promptly. Just ignore me. Smodlet stoopid.0

I signed up to Prolific a about a month ago but for some reason it took them 2 weeks to verify my account. But once I got accepted and filled out all the "about me" stuff I was on a run that got me £21 from 15 approved surveys over the space of 2 days.
But since then I've seen hardly anything. I was really pleased with the site but now I'm concerned it's going to have a huge drop-off in earning like qmee or SB after I've completed the initial run. It would be a shame, since the surveys are way more interesting than the "Scale 1-5 How much does this brand's synergy engage with you" surveys on other sites.
Same here. Fully Completed my profile and straight away they sent me a dozen surveys in one day! I got excited! and then they suddenly stopped sending me any.0 -

You should still get surveys but you are unlikely to continue getting that many. I had a glorious 4-5 months last year when i first joined with multiple surveys every day, then after that it really dropped off dramatically. Its not bad at the moment - the last few months I have managed to cash out about £20 a month but at first I was doing that in a week or less. I have done 650 odd studies though and I still like them a lot better than all those market research sites.0 -
Just did a £7 "who is most likely to be the murderer" study. Approved instantly. Wouldn't mind a few more like that. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Got this... Only it does not work - Must be suspended or something.
