I just tried it in edge, and it seems to work in there, but not in Chrome!

Mike, what is edge, please? I have not heard of that (not surprising with my technical prowess)

ETA: I just tried it in IE and it works there so must be a Chrome problem, I guess. I think I will tell them. Cheers, me dear, for the idea.

    Still down for me.

Which browser are you using Smodlet?

Down for me in Chrome, but ok in FF or IE.

Just read back, see you're sorted :)

While flicking about in PA's articles trying to raise a support ticket, which I have now done, I came across this:

Check out paragraph 2; might explain why some of us get so few studies these days... :(

"Participant naïvet!: You can get unique participants each time (i.e., you can easily exclude people who have previously taken part) and you can filter by number of studies completed. Plus, we have algorithms in place to fairly allocate study spaces, which means that our pool doesn't suffer as much from non-naïvet! (Chandler et al., 2015)"

Hmm interesting- now that explains a lot. I thought they were manipulating it.

OK, I've just done a study in IE (a mental health one... yeah, they got more than their money's worth :D) and I think it went through fine but I could not go back and see the clock on the first page, if you know what I mean. Now the messages bit does not work either. No response from PA about the Chrome issue. It is def not my internet nor Chrome itself because everything else works fine. Any ideas, guys?

    Hi Smodlet

I completed the same survey using the Google Chrome browser without a problem nor have I had any problems doing their surveys recently using chrome,no problems accessing my messages either.
Can't help regarding the countdown clock I'm afraid.

Thanks, tonycarew. :) PA in Chrome has just come back for me, thank goodness. I really don't like IE but am grateful to it for the study I would otherwise have missed.

I must get the hang of posting them on here again on the rare occasions I get one these days. It all looks so different on this new site and I am still yet to see how it is an improvement, Luddite that I am.

Edit: It's gone down again. FGS!

... And it's back in Chrome. It is up and down like a small, fruit preserve filled pastry case's nether garments.

And down. This is getting old and PA have not even had the decency to respond yet.
