if your expenses are under £1000, it is more sensible to claim the trading allowance.

I just cash out anything still in prolific on 5 March and then use PayPal to see what prolific has given to me. That way I don’t lose out by the terrible exchange rate we suffer using PayPal.

I read somewhere a while ago about Revolut changing to a bank so was hoping that might eventually give us a better exchange rate.

Prolific is inaccessible to me this morning - Firefox has been reporting "SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP" for some time, but doesn't say whether this is Prolific itself or Cloudflare.

I've done one (small) study this morning, and just logged in fine (I'm on Chrome).

Odd - Chrome gives me a very similar error message:

"This site can’t provide a secure connection

    app.prolific.co uses an unsupported protocol.

    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"

I've tried multiple times on both Firefox and Chrome today; after seeing your post, I tried my bookmark of https://app.prolific.co/studies again without success, but then reduced it to https://app.prolific.co (didn't work), then app.prolific.co (still didn't work) and finally prolific.co - which actually did work! It took me to a home page I had never set eyes on before, but when I logged in I was back to my usual dashboard on the URL https://app.prolific.com/studies. Seriously weird! Looks like they have abandoned the change from .com to .co, but not set redirects from one to another apart from the base URL - which is incredibly sloppy management.
