I am sorry to hear this, though it does reassure me somewhat that it seems to be a smeg up on a larger scale then just mine....Have you messaged them about it?
I hope they realise just how critical this is, this is the difference between Peroni or Biere d'Or on Sunday.:eek:
I'll give em til tomorrow morning. Wonder if any others had the same experience as us? Not been my day today as I was rejected from a nice £5 study cos the instructions were rubbish. Currently drowning sorrows in a cheeky Pinot Grigio paid for in proper money0 -

You're generous, theyve had an earful from me tonight. I had to leave some shopping in Morrisons because it hadnt cleared and I was not impressed....
Might be worth getting the number from Smodlet, though s/he has blocked me for light micky taking.
I think more then 1 person having issues with cashouts is no coincidence - though you are right in that now things are unlikely to change, and also may not change if their offices are closed tomorrow, will result in more of an earful from moi for them on Monday....
You are lucky with your pinot. I am stuck with camomile tea. A most unfitting reward for a week at work.Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

Edit: I just got a notification from Circle that I got a Payment from Prolific!
Hopefully it means they are back processing the one into the bank....Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

If you read back, they rarely send emails. You need to set up an alert (which I've not worked out how to do on my phone) or check the page at regular intervals when you've got time as they rarely stay up more than a few minutes before being filled.
Ah, I guess I'm too slow at checking! Thanks.0 -

Out of curiosity, how do you all fit prolific into your day? I try not to check if know that i wong have time to complete what ever pops up but inevitable I do sometimes and find it hugely frustrating seeing a 30 mins study for a fiver or something. I refresh regularly at home and tend to find 5.30 am a fruitful time of day. Obviously I can't sit at work and blatantly do study's on my pc (apart from lunch time)0

I feel your pain.
I've just spotted a £5 survey on my phone, 30/30 places still left so only just come up but laptop/desktop only. By the time I cranked up the laptop (which isn't the speediest) all the places had gone.
Very frustrating. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

You can select the study on your phone and when you load up your laptop it'll say you have an incomplete submission which you can then do0
