I signed up for Prolific a couple of weekends ago. Got 6-7 surveys in the 1st few days. Great. Then nothing - no emails and nothing when I log in. Am I missing something? I can't believe I really don't fit any screening profiles.
I'm stuck on £9. I know I can cash out before hitting £20 but dammit I don't want to pay fees.
Any thoughts?0 -
Well eventually I got the money from Prolific. Requested cashout from Circle, and not received it from them...despite the fact they've tried to fob me off as being an issue with the bank, the app clearly still says the cashout is in process on their end.
Received very little in the way of customer service from Circle - and I am now a mixture of angry, upset and frustrated - and also worried because, where the hell is my money? I just feel like Ive been robbed.Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

If you read back, they rarely send emails. You need to set up an alert (which I've not worked out how to do on my phone) or check the page at regular intervals when you've got time as they rarely stay up more than a few minutes before being filled. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

I requested a cashout first thing this morning. Not having received notification that my payment had been sent to Circle as usual I just checked my Circle account and the payment had been sitting there since 3.15 this afternoon!! Now sent it to my bank but it still hasn't been received either!!0 -

I didnt get the notification from Prolific either.
So you havent had the payment from Circle either? It is odd because although they say an hour it is usually much quicker. Catalogue of errors..Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

It's only supposed to take an hour, Miro. Is it there now?0 -

Checking back on my previous transactions with Circle, there was one previous instance where I cashed out on..whatever day it was - and I did not recieve it until 3 days later.
Could do without that now, this was my beers for the England game!!Debt: May 15: £17335 Jul 16: £13874 Jan 17: £11,606 Dec 18: £8,308 Sept 19: £4,969 Jul 21: £890

I am sorry to hear this, though it does reassure me somewhat that it seems to be a smeg up on a larger scale then just mine....Have you messaged them about it?
