HSBC or Lloyds - opinions please

HSBC is far worse for Day-to-Day banking service in my opinion.

They use overseas call centres, seem obsessed with paperwork (e.g you can’t do transactions over the counter with just your card - they require paper slips to be filled in), and their banking app is slow compared to the slickness of Lloyd’s.
