  • Thank you, I shall make some amendments. Based on newbies thread advice I did some copying and pasting but have struggled with how to put it all together, your advice makes more sense so I will look again.

Yes put up another draft and better to have headings and including points under each

    For example:

Signage- Non compliant with BPA Code of Practice

    No Contract Formed with Driver

    Ntk not compliant with POFA

Authority to Issue Tickets - Proof of landowner authority

Other details such as any Grace Period / Hidden Genuine customer exemptions / Equality Act etc (as applicable)

    ANPR accuracy

    Etc

You should use more up to date templates; for example your version of 'no landowner authority' is not the one in the NEWBIES thread post #3 which focuses on para 7 of the BPA CoP. The templates are there to be used, don't use old examples from another POPLA appeal.

You can't use 'grace periods' for an hour overstay, so forget that idea (not that you suggested it, OP).
Point out that a Witness Statement does not prove authority and many parking companies have submitted false statements to POPLA
POPLA allow Witness Statements so there is no point bleating about them in any POPLA appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Just a quick reply to thank everyone who helped me and let you know that we heard this week that Britannia aren't pursuing it. Would never have managed it without this site xxx
