Hi
I have seperated from my husband and I have been advised I need a minute of agreement in order for him to sign over the house. It’s my house however we lived in it as a family.
It has been suggested that I can get a minute of agreement template online, I thought this was the best place to ask?
Any ideas?
Ps I’m in Scotland
