i can't upload pics of the letters he underwriters of insurance say cos I was in breach at time of incident they put me on notice that they will not be indemnifying me for any claim that has risen from the incident involving my vehicle on that day they will ask eluding insurance services to pursue me of any payments they are obliged to pay by law in connection with this incident

So they aren't saying that they "will not pay" the claimant - they have to if you were liable.

They are saying they will pursue you to reimburse them their outlay over the incident

another reason when asked online to answer questions honestly, as if you want to skimp on costs, this will cost you dearly.

  • Are you still driving your car to work? Have you amended your insurance cover if so to include commuting?

If you haven't got the money when the insurance company come after you then you won't be able to pay them - but you could be made to pay in other ways eg through selling your car or an attachment of earnings.
