The third party risk will be covered. Your own damage will not.
Insurance company may chase you for whatever they pay out.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0 -
I don't have any damage but because my insurance was for social and commercial they say my insurance is not valid even though I have paid each month x0

The company cannot avoid a third party claim if they have issued a certificate. They can chase you for the money. Is the other driver claiming from your insurance?I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

Yes they put a claim in as they wanted to go to jag privately which was over 2k I don't have it I'm a single parent don't get help nor have family so had to go to insurance they asked if I used the car to get to work I said yes as I didn't want to lie nor see the need to as I thought it would be ok now saying they will not pay I'm so worried first time driver about having to pay out what I haven't got possible points I feel insurance invalid and have no one to turn to0

Is the insurance company really saying they will not pay?I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

Unfortunately you were uninsured, so your insurer can turn their sights on you to reimburse them0
