  • I just hold shares+isa shares with ii. My complaint with them is, I had no notification of the new charging platform, where you are given a trade credit. This type of account doesn!!!8217;t work for me, so I!!!8217;m in the process of moving all my assets to Iweb & x-o. I rang them to ask for the charge to be reimbursed, but they said there!!!8217;s no way they could do as it would me they would have to reimburse everyone who is leaving. Well yes that is what you should do if you move the goal posts without telling people or giving them the chance to move. Did anybody on here get an email or letter explaining what their charges were going to be? I opened my account when the company was Hoodless Brennan. When T D Waterhouse took over I thought here we go charges will be introduced, but no nothing changed for me. Now Interactive Investor take over & from what I read !!!8220;Carnage!!!8221;

We were informed by email and letter that the new charges were coming. This was a while ago now so unless you can identify a reason for them not to have notified you I can see no reason for them to refund the charge.

As an ex TD customer you can transfer out without charge until later this year.

The figures are there diveleader but you have to get them from the original trading statements.

To do this, select the account you are seeking documents for from the home screen and then do this :

Hit 'Account' (top right) then 'Document History'

On the Filter Criteria drop-down select 'Migrated Documents'

Then add the dates you are interested in and you will see a list of statements and contract notes etc.

All a bit of a pain I'm afraid but they are there.

One final point, the 'Migrated Documents' are account sensitive so if you have multiple accounts you will need to change the active account drop-down at the top of the page if you wish to look at documents from other accounts.

    Hope that helps.
    :)

Further update Vodafone Dividend payable 2/2/18 STILL not transferred to IWEB.

    Called 5/2/18
    Called 14/2/18
Called 21/2/18 advised still not actioned-requested call back today to confirm transfer has been actioned.

    Abysmal broker.

Good luck with anyone switching away-we are now on day 119 (commenced process 25/10)-It really shouldn't be this hard.

It really shouldn't be this hard.

I can hardly bring myself to report on the latest debacle - suffice it to say that there was a bog up between II/FNZ/ i WEB/Co Funds/Invesco Perpetual which necessitated an hour or more on the phone yesterday.

I still do not have the dividends paid to II at the end of January.

My final fund has still not transferred - (should be "within the next few days") but get this - the holding (which has not changed in number of units since I bought it a year or two ago) will be transferred in two batches (reason unexplained by iWEB).....

I am fed up to the back teeth!:mad::mad:

Update - final fund is now shown on iWEB as transferred....

and not in two tranches, (despite the information given yesterday by iWEB)

and the date of the transfer (only visible this afternoon) is shown as 22nd January ?????

Now to get the end Jan dividends and the end Feb dividends out of II and I'm done.....I think.....

I got away lightly by the look of things. Hope it all eventually resolves for everyone.

For those of you who are enduring (or have endured) a transfer out of II/TD, were they still charging you quarterly platform fees while you were in limbo?

Not as far as I know (which is not far) as I did not transfer over to the new platform and therefore cannot access any form of record.

I eventually managed to get my end Dec dividends out of them (without any reduction) and have now only to obtain Jan/Feb to be shot (I hope) of the whole business.

After the endurance test that this transfer out became, they should be paying me!
