currency in marrakesh

Hi I am going to Marrakesh in march, what would be the best thing to do in terms of taking money, would it be best to take local currency or euros.
Also the best way to take it on card or cash

thanks

From memory you are not allowed to take local currency back out

Take a creation everyday card or Halifax clarity card

Chang £'s locally as you need them

IIRC exchange rates are fixed by the government so there is no benefit to shopping around. Cash point machine fees aren’t unreasonable.
