These are the terms and conditions for the Visit Austin prize draw promotion (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these terms and conditions and by entering you consent to being contacted by Visit Austin and their UK agency MDSG if you are the winner to arrange prize collection details.

Prize:

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only and aged 18 or over, except for employees of Visit Austin, British Airways, Fairmont, ACL Live, Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.

Enter the prize draw by completing your details on the entry form either:

1The Winner and their guest may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification at time of travel and must have a valid passport for the desired travel dates. Flights include taxes, fees and charges. Domestic connections and other add-ons are not included. Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the passenger.
The winner and guest must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together.
All travel is subject to availability and capacity control, therefore access during school holidays and major sporting and cultural events will be restricted and availability may be limited during any other peak travel periods.
Flights are non changeable, non transferable and cannot be upgraded. Once booked, no changes can be made to the tickets.
