  • Indeed it is usually 14 days, but they can likely rely on getting the paper copy of the Order as setting the date, so I wouldnt panic too much
No idea how you didnt get unreasonable bhaviour - they knew they didnt havea claim yet went ahead with it anyway, wasting everyones time.

Well done to you! And thanks for the court report.

    Another one bites the dust!

    :T

Are the court reports documented and recorded anywhere for public viewing? I'd be interested to read the full report, as my mind was all over the place with stress on the day.

I have to say thanks Coupon-mad for keeping the board so tightly run, and for any contributions over the course of the case, helped me try keep my head as level as possible and not fold into their bullying tactics

I did think the same, however I think at the time I was pleased that it had went in my favour and didn't want to argue too much with the judge at the time of asking for Costings. If anything, I was more annoyed that I had wasted a full day sat in the courts when the first hearing got adjourned

You can pay a company to do a transcript of the court decision, but it is not cheap.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
