1 company sells a product, parts needed to use it been out of stock for long time

I have a Brother ScanNcut, which is a machine used for crafting, only one company sells it and all the accessories that can be used with it too. The mats needed to use it have been out of stock for a long time now and they don't know when they will be back in stock.
To be able to use the machine you need a Brother mat that is sticky, you stick card to it and then cut whatever it is your cutting out. The mats are designed to be used with the scanNcut only no other type of mat will work with it, there are markings on the mats which are there for the machine to read and know which mat it is.
These mats loose their stickiness quite quickly, although other mats aren't compatible you're unable to use other products at the risk of voiding the 2 year warranty. Create and Craft who sell these have been out of stock of the 12x12 mats for a long time now and without having mats that are sticky I am now unable to use my machine at all.
To give one company exclusive right's surely they have to make sure that accessories which are needed to use it should be kept available to buy and in stock. The scanNcut is a very popular machine, it is sold worldwide by Create and craft and is becoming more and more popular. Is it allowed for only one company to sell something, but not maintain stock for vital items that are needed to use it?

In your first link it has artistix mats that are not genuine Brother mats, they would invalidate my warranty. The link has scanning mats which I'm not looking for, you're unable to cut with them, they are designed so you can scan an item and create a design from it. Your link has one old style middle tack mat, I need a standard mat, but the old style are horrendous anyway and they don't do the old type now. Before they updated their mats, I used one four times before it was unusable again, which is ridiculous. To buy from Create and Craft they cost £18 with postage, they want up to £50, for a mat which isn't Brothers improved one and won't last past a couple of uses. You link has one that looks like a fake, the colours of the mat are completely different, and I don't want to invalidate my warranty.
Your second link is an old style too, but that's also out of stock. The best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. It costs nothing and means so much.0 -

would it matter if the warranty was invalid, if you cant get the genuine ones you cant use the machine0 -
I'm afraid you need to be cynical when you buy from a company that is part of Ideal World TV, they're not known for keeping spares and accessories.0

Maybe the one that is in stock is the new style?

Regardless, there are clearly other places that do sell the accessories.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Plenty of tutorials on YouTube showing how to reglue your mat0

The problem may not lie with Create and Craft.
Brother may not be sending them the mats.
Have you contacted Brother to explain the difficulty getting mats and asking for their help?0 -

Yes it defiantly would matter, my scanNcut it currently faulty, it's totally unusable and is only 6 months old.The best things in life are for FREE!!!If you like what you see and find this info useful, please use the thanks button. It costs nothing and means so much.0
