Natwest Bank £125 Rewards Offer - £1500 Pay In

Just double checking that after registering for online banking or mobile app all I need to do is pay in £1500 and sit back and wait till April for my £125 (paying £6 in fees)
Am I ok leaving it in overnight and then transferring back out again the next day? Or does the cash balance need to stay in till the £125 reward payment.
Terms point to the former, but just checking

Also, can the payment be a mix of cash and cheques, or does it need to be a sole lump sum?0

And don't forget if you want to get the £1500 back out pronto you need the card reader set up for payments over £250 and as I found out today simply to set up a payee (couldn't)!0
