Just as I thought I'd exhausted every bank...up pops NatWest with a switch offer! £125 for switching, and no direct debits required. All you need to do is:
Happy days!
- switch a non-NatWest account
- deposit £1,500
- log into online or mobile banking
Happy days!

My understanding is that it is limited to one incentive per customer - so you can't get it twice by (say) switching a joint account and a sole account0 -
Just as I was about to give my credit files a rest. :rotfl:
Tempted to just switch out Co-Op, as I may be dropping that once the Tesco DDs end anyway.0 -

Same here. I might switch halifax instead for the same reason though I have a regular saver with them and can't remember if holding a current account is a condition of that0 -
£6 in fees (assuming you leave after the payment on April 13th) for £125 back. I'll take that!
• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.0 -

2 accounts now opened (for myself and OH). So I will wait until getting the Feb reward payment from Co-op\Halifax before switching - reckon I can squeeze in the March reward too and still switch before 16 March?0

This is perfect timing, with the £250 Yorkshire bank switching bonus having paid out this week.
I was undecided about keeping the account and this has helped to make the decision for me
I wonder if NatWest deliberately timed it that way.0 -
