the only parking fine response needed

Thank you for your letter , ref xxxxxxxxx regarding parking charge notice xxxxxxxxxxxx.

This letter is to inform you and any future third party that you employ or refer to that I have introduced a Communication Handling Fee for all correspondence.

Each letter received from you or your associates or third party will be incur a fee of £95. the following will also apply:

Each response required from me will be charged at £95.

Each email I receive and read will be charged at £95, and a response from me will be charged at £95

Each telephone call will incur a £95 connection fee and £9 per minute thereafter

Any uninvited visit to me will be charged at £95 per hour

These are my charges and are clearly detailed. Should you chose to contact me again, then you agree to the above terms and to pay the fee or fees.

As you can see from the envelope, this communication is sent by Recorded Delivery and by the time of reading this I will have a copy of the signature to confirm receipt.

These charges are equally as enforceable as yours, so should you chose to contact me again then please also enclose a cheque payable to xxxxxx. Please ensure the correct amount is sent to enable me to respond. Alternatively please send cash by guaranteed delivery to enable me to respond quickly.

you'll find their 'solicitors' or 'debt collectors' are all at the same address. only a court can instruct debt collectors, not some herbert in a tank top for a mickey mouse parking outfit

    PPCs cannot impose fines and your 'response' will get nowhere.

    Please inform yourself properly by reading the Newbies Sticky at the top of this forum - Then you will be in a position to offer people viable, meaningful help. :)

    ive posted it on the main page for people to see so they dont faff about appealing and going through endless problems. only trying to help. take it off if you want.

    Why not delete/edit it out yourself. It could take the mods a while to can this one.

    A PPC has six years (in E&W) to decide to take action against you and few are known to hurry themselves about it. So maybe wait a bit longer before pronouncing 'success' - we often see people coming here for help sometimes years down the line.

    1) as you almost say, it is unenforcible.

    2) as Pogofish says, it is not proven until six years have passed, and even then, one cannot be sure the letter had any effect.

    3) your suggestion that the letter be sent 'Recorded Delivery' is quite likely to ensure it will not be delivered.
