Sent £400 item to Sweden for servicing - company now ignoring us - what can I do?

Hello,
I sent a tattoo machine to the manufacturer in Sweden for servicing as it had stopped working. I filled in their online form (inkmachines com) and posted the item. They said they would e-mail once they have received the item to quote how much it would be to repair and return the machine. They have not e-mailed us and have ignored all subsequent e-mails we have sent. They do not have a contact number online. We posted the machine using Royal Mail tracked delivery so we know they have received the machine.
Is there anything at all we can do to make them send the machine back? It is a £400 machine and we cannot afford to replace it. I do not know where else to ask for help.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Where should I post this to? I couldn't decide which forum would be most suitable.0

OP, can the UK European Consumer Centre help you?0

I'm not sure that you do know that, everything I see on here about RM tracking suggests that it stops as soon as the item leaves the UK. No doubt if custardy sees this he will be able to confirm or deny.0
